Terms of Service

Welcome to SportsFunded. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SportsFunded website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where SportsFunded is available. Residents of restricted jurisdictions may not use the Service. See our Availability section for the current list.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Nature of the Service

SportsFunded is a skill-based evaluation platform, not a sportsbook or gambling operator. Your entry fee grants you access to a simulated sportsbook environment where your picks are measured against objective performance metrics.

• No wagers are placed by you or on your behalf during evaluation.
• No real-money prizes are awarded solely for participation.
• Profit splits are earned after passing the evaluation and reflect real-money results generated by SportsFunded using its own bankroll.

4. Evaluation Rules

Participants must comply with all posted rules including minimum picks, maximum drawdown, and per-pick risk limits. Violating these rules results in forfeiture of the evaluation. Current rules are posted on our Rules section.

5. Fees and Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable once your evaluation has begun. Under certain limited circumstances (e.g. platform outage preventing participation), we may issue credits at our discretion.

6. Profit Splits and Payouts

Funded participants are eligible for up to 70% of net profits generated with our bankroll, subject to the payout schedule posted in the platform. Payouts are made in U.S. dollars via approved payment rails and may require identity verification under applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to evade jurisdiction restrictions, or misrepresenting identity.
• Collusion, syndicate play, or sharing account access with other participants.
• Using bots, scripts, or third-party automation to submit picks.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, arbitrage, or other platform defects.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of entry fees and any pending splits.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by SportsFunded or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SportsFunded does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from participation. Past performance of any participant is not indicative of future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsFunded's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount of fees you paid to SportsFunded in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
